- Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the item back.

- If the return is due to an error on our part (such as a defective or incorrect item), return shipping costs will be covered by Merciio. For other reasons, the buyer is responsible for return postage.
